
THE FAT LOAF – Ashton on Mersey Village
The first Fat Loaf Restaurant which opened over 6 years ago. This restaurant has undergone huge refurbishment in that time to ultimately end up with a 45 seater restaurant with small bar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and this local Gem is loved by the local community for it's honest pricing and rigorous attention to local, seasonal produce.
The restaurant itself boasts fully bi folding windows for the summer months with al fresco dining, and also a completely open kitchen where customers can interact with the chefs (and even pick up some tips & recipes).
Tim Wood heads up the team here & his background includes names such as John Benson Smith, Marco Pierre White & Malmaison Group hotels, head chef Paul Terzo is the longest serving chef member of our team & has worked within 5* establishments & Michelin listed Italian Restaurant Palmiro.
Food Serving times are 12 Midday-3pm & 5pm-10.00pm Monday - Saturday
Local parking can be found all through the village with a large car park at the pub opposite
