The first Fat Loaf Restaurant and bar which opened over 6 years ago, based in the quiet village Ashton Upon Mersey just outside of Sale, Cheshire. This restaurant has undergone huge refurbishment in that time to ultimately end up with a 45 seat restaurant with small bar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and this local gem is loved by the local community for it's honest pricing and rigorous attention to local, seasonal produce. The Fat Loaf has been long seen as a fantastic restaurant to dine at if in the Sale or Manchester area.
The restaurant itself boasts fully bi-folding windows for the summer months with al fresco dining, and also a completely open kitchen where customers can interact with the chefs (and even pick up some tips and recipes).
Local parking can be found all through the village with a large car park at the pub opposite.
