
About Us - Tim and Paul
Outside catering is where it all began for us, from a small business start up unit in Reddish, Stockport we quickly gained a reputation for fine quality catering at honest prices, this is due to our extensive training at michelin starred restaurants & 5* hotels.
In 6 years we have catered upwards of 600 events from small intimate private dinner parties to large corporate sit down events for 1300 people, and although we now operate 3 succesful Fat loaf venues, catering is still a massive focus for us.
We hope you enjoy reading our sample menus and hope that it gives you an idea of the style of food & service that we can offer, although the menus are guidelines only & we can offer a completely bespoke service as we understand that every event carries its own requirements.
